R2R People are looking to hire several Customer Service Advisors starting ASAP.

We need great customer-focused people, who are happy to take inbound and outbound calls from the general public.
You will be required to attend 1 days training in Preston followed by 2 days training at home. You must be commutable to Preston for this initial training day.

About the roles:
We have a high volume of inbound and outbound homebased Customer Service roles working on Government Covid related projects.
Essential skills and experience:
-Able to work from home
-Good communication skills
-Flexible for the next 3-6 months with potential extension
What we need from you:
-Able to commit to a full-time position for the next 3-6 months.
-Attend training both in person (Preston day 1) and 2 days via Zoom
-If you are furloughed or returning to study, this role wouldn’t be suitable as you need be available for the whole contract time
Must be able to provide-
-Able to provide ID documents
