About the Customer Services role:
Reporting to the team leader you will be providing support to my clients customers through various communication channels, efficiently and effectively supporting our customers, ensuring that all necessary support activities, for internal and external customers, are delivered in an effective, professional, diligent and courteous manner at all times.
-Assist with the continued professional development of our business systems that complement the services being delivered by the function, specifically (but not limited to) our internal operating systems
-Accurate production of monthly/quarterly billing by contract on time
-Ensure you are complying with our contractual and compliance obligations within our contracts
-Accurately execute all administration tasks in relation to your responsible contracts in a timely manner
-Ensuring our client and customers at updated of all issues arising relating to their contract
-Escalate any issues of concern to team manager
-Ensure contract data is cleansed and maintained regularly.
-Ensure GDPR is always complied with.
-Develop and maintain client documentation ensuring all business systems are accurate
-Verify with the finance team daily that changes and requested have been actioned.
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers.
-Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
-A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
-Confident manner, with ability to work to deadlines, whilst remaining focused
-A good level of attendance
-A full UK driving license
