Before the bank holiday, we had our monthly development session at the Village Hotel in Bury, albeit with reduced numbers due to Covid. Kate Henry delivered her findings from qualitative client and candidate research. The work commissioned in early 2020 is crucial to our mission and commitment to discover ways to improve our services.

Mapping out our client and candidate journeys have highlighted areas to strengthen. We focus on putting people first, and the feedback we have received will allow us to deliver the best service possible, in line with our values and mission.

Looking forward, we plan to introduce new measures and ways of delivering our service to shape what we believe will be an unmatchable recruitment process 🔵
